摘要: 建立基于称量滴定法测定的饮水指标的高通量、低成本的现场快速检测系统。 利用天平称量代替传统手工滴定,快速测定饮水中的总硬度、氯化物、总碱度和耗氧量(COD)。 测定结果表明4项指标的检出限为0.05~10.0 mg/L,精密度为0.5%~3.1%,与传统国标测定方法相比相对误差的绝对值为0.5%~4.8%且至少快1 d,基本实现了快速检测系统的快速、准确、低成本化及小型化。

Abstract: A system based on weighing titration method was developed for total hardness, chlorine, total alkalinity and chemical oxygen demand (COD) determination in drinking water. The system is feasible, sensitive, precise, accurate and practical. The detection limit is between 0.05 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of three levels is 0.5%~3.1%, and the detection system is faster than the conventional determination method of national standard for the same sample amount at least 1 day. The characteristic parameters of these methods are met other analytical methods, and the results are in good agreement with the data obtained by the standard measurement method with the relative deviation of 0.5%~4.8%.
