微波辐射硝基芴与丙烯酸酯Michael加成产物的合成与结构

Microwave Michael Additions Between Nitrofluorene and Acrylic Esters

摘要: 以硝基芴和丙烯酸脂为原料,在碱性条件下,微波辐射(500 W)反应4~5 min,非常方便地合成了系列未见文献报道的Michael加成产物,该方法操作简单、产率较高(79%~87%)。 其结构经IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析进行表征,并利用X射线单晶衍射分析法测定了化合物3b的单晶结构。

Abstract: Using nitrofluorene and acrylic esters as precursors, a series of Michael addition products with high yields of 79%~87% was obtained under microwave irradiation(500 W) for 4~5 min in the presence of sodium hydroxide. The strcutures of products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of compound 3b was determined by single X-ray diffraction analysis.
