摘要: 近几年来, 对漆酶的活性中心——铜的结构及其作用机制进行了大量的研究[1,2]. 本文从 热力学角度, 利用微量热法对漆酶催化氧化反应的热动力学性质进行了研究.

Abstract: Thermokinetic properties of the reaction between laccase and 3,4-ihydroxyben-zaldehyde have been studied with a microcalorimetry system. The molar reaction enthalpy(ΔrHm), michaelis constant(Km), rate constant(k2), binding energy(ΔG0), activation gibbis free energy(ΔG=)and laccase activity(EA)have been determined. The result has been discussed by the transition state theory.
