摘要: α-甲烯基-γ-丁内酯环是许多天然产物的组成部分,因含有此环结构的天然产物往往具有诸如抗肿瘤性、抗癌性、细胞毒性和杀菌性等生物活性[1],已引起了生物、有机、药物等领域的广泛重视和关注. 近年来有关α-甲烯基-γ-丁内酯类化合物的合成研究屡见不鲜[2~4],但均存在原料难得,实验条件苛刻,合成步骤长等不足.

关键词: 甲烯基丁内酯, 二乙胺丙烯酸甲酯, 环氧化合物

Abstract: The enolate, obtained by treatment of methyl 3-(diethylamino)propionate with lithium diisopropylamide, reacts with epoxides to give products which may be considered to be protected acrylate esters. α-Methylene-γ-butyrolactones were synthesized by lactonization after the one-pot deamination procedure.
