木栓酮化学结构修饰及其抗炎活性

摘要: 木栓酮具有抗炎活性及抑制真菌生长的作用.作者在对藏药“麦朵漏莫”原植物—紫莞属(Aster L.)5种植物化学成分的研究中,发现木栓酮是这5种植物中相对含量最高的化学成分,这与“麦朵漏莫”用于解毒,清瘟病时疫热、治癣、解痉挛的疗效相符.为充分利用木栓酮这一有效成分,本文对其化学结构进行修饰,观察抗炎活性强度,确定活性基因,寻找新的抗炎药物及合理利用紫莞属植物资源.

Abstract: Four derivatives of friedelin were synthesized by chemical transformation of friedelin in order to investigate their bioactivities and develop highly anti-inflammatory agents.
