摘要： 环烷酸钱是制备稀土合成橡胶常用的催化剂组分之一,可采用固体法、间接萃取法和目前一般采用NH4OH作用下的直接萃取法制备.但用氮水不易调控反应液pH.本文改用NaOH溶液代替氨水进行直接萃取制备环烷酸钱,催化性能保持不变.

Abstract: An improved direct extraction method for preparation of neodymium naphthenate with NaOH instead of NH4OH was proposed. In comparison with original method, the improved method has many advantages such as fast reaction rate' easy monitoring and operation as well as absence of irritative smell. The product obtained therewith can be used for formulation of diene stereospecific polymerization catalyst with good catalytic property.
