摘要: 可用不同的方法合成出具有各种生物活性的异苯并毗喃类化合物.利用3,4-二氢异苯并毗喃酮-4是合成其并杂环化合物的有效方法.为了寻找新的3,4-二氢异苯并毗喃类药物,我们进行了6H-1,2-氧硫杂环己烷并[5,6-c]异苯并毗喃衍生物的合成及其抗炎活性的研究.

Abstract: Title compounds(4a~d) have been synthesized by the reaction of methylsulfonyl chloride with 3-dialkylaminomethylene-isobenzopran-4-one These compounds show some anti-inflammatory activity.
