聚醚醚酮酮结晶度研究

Study on the Crystallinity of Poly(ether ether ketone ketone)

摘要: 新型特种工程塑料聚醚醚酮酮(PEEKK)由于它在保持PEEK主链结构的同时,又引入了刚性的碳基,从而增大了分子链中碳基和醚键之比,使聚合物链的刚性提高,所以PEEKK具有较PEEK(Tg=143℃,Tm=340℃)更高的耐热性(Tg=158℃,Tm=363℃).

Abstract: The variation of crystallinity of PEEKK samples treated at various temperatures has been studied by using wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). Based on X-ray scattering intensity theory and by using the graphic multipeak resolution method,the formula of crystallinity (Wc,x) for PEEKK is derived.The results calculated are compatible with the density and calorimetry measurements.
