Ln(acac)3/BuMgCl催化聚合甲基丙烯酸甲酯、环氧丙烷和ε-己内酯

Polymerization of Methyl Methacrylate, Propylene Oxide and Caprolactone by Catalysts Ln(acac)3/BuMgCl

摘要: 在开拓稀土配位聚合反应的研究中,已成功地催化聚合双烯烃、炔烃、环氧烷烃、丙烯酸酯和丙交酯等,其催化体系均为稀土化合物与烷基铝组成的配位催化剂.为进一步推进稀土配位催化聚合反应研究,本文首次以格氏试剂BuMgCI代替烷基铝,分别与Y和Nd,Sm的乙酰基丙酮配合物组成新型配位催化剂,初步研究了催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯cMMA>、环氧丙烷(P0)和ε-己内酯(ε-Cl)的聚合特性.

Abstract: The polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA), propylene oxide(PO)and ε-caprolactone(ε-Cl)catalyzed by Ln(acac)3/BuMgCl (Ln=Y, Nd, Sm)has been studied.The results show that the polymerization conversion of MMA in petroleum ether was higherthan that in aromatic hydrocarbons and polar solvents, and the polymerization conversion ofε-Cl in petroleum ether and toluene reached 100%.The molecular weight distribution param-eters of PMMA, PPO and P(ε-Cl)were 1.37,1.39 and 2.10 respectively.
