戊二酸钛(Ⅲ)与氮化钛的制备

摘要: 氮化钛具有硬度大、熔点高、耐磨、耐腐蚀、导电性好、美观(金黄色)等优点,具有重要的工业用途,如电镀、切削工具、集光材料等.传统制备氮化钛主要有碳热还原法、金属熔融氮化法和氨热还原法,它们均需在1000℃以上高温下进行.本文合成了戊二酸钛(Ⅲ)固态配合物,在700℃将其与氨气反应5h,得到不含杂相(Ti2O3)的氮化钛晶体.

Abstract: New solid compound of TiOHC5H6O4·H2O was synthesized by the reaction of titanium trichloride with glutaric acid.The molecular structure was characterized by elementalanalysis, magnetic susceptibility,IR and TG methods.TiN was prepared by decompositionof the complex in NH3 at 700℃.
