应用烯基铜锂试剂合成消旋日本丽金龟性信息素

摘要: 日本丽金龟成虫对多种树木、观赏植物及农作物危害极大.1976年,Tumlinson等确定其雌虫性信息素结构为(R·Z)-5-(1-正癸烯基)-2(3H)二氢吠喃酮.并由(R)-(一)-谷氨酸为原料,经重氮化、酞氛化、催化氢化及Wittig反应制得该性信息素,总产率38%.

Abstract: The racemic sex pheromone of Japanese beetle was synthesized by the addition ofZ-decen-1-yl cuprate to succinic anhydride in 3 steps in an overall yield up to 60% and the Z-form purity was over 98%.
