Nafion修饰玻碳电极对痕量维拉帕米的测定

DETERMINATION OF TRACE VERAPAMIL ON NAFION-MODIFIED GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE

摘要: 盐酸维拉帕米(verapamil VR+)是一种较重要的钙通道阻滞药,现行标准的分析法为非水滴定法,此外,尚有气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法和电极法等。Nafion修饰电极测定电活性阳离子药物如多巴胺(DA+)、去甲肾上腺素(NE+),异丙嗪(PM+)等已有报道。将DA+加到电解质溶液中,非电活性阳离子VR+与电活性的DA+在Nafion膜上竞争分配,使DA+的峰电流降低,峰电流的降低与VR+的浓度对数(在5×10-7~1×10-5mol/L范围内)呈良好的线性关系,以此测定VR+获得满意的结果。

Abstract: Verapamil is an electroinactive cationic drug. This paper describes the method for determination of trace verapamil on the Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when verapamil is added to an electrolyte solution containing electroactive dopamine. A good linear relationship was found between the extent of the decrease in the peak current and the logarithmic concentration of verapamil in the range of 5×10-7~1×10-5mol/L. The detection limit of the method was 2.5×10-7mol/L. The recovery was 96.2~105.7%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.2% (n=10).
