摘要: 以CO和吡啶为分子探针,用红外分光光度计对用于合成尿素工业消除CO2原料气中微量氢气的Pd(Pt)/Al2O3催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,负价硫(S2-,S22-是使催化剂失活的直接原因,而高价硫(SO42-,Al2O3-SO3-H2O)是失活的最终原因。

Abstract: With the aid of CO and pyridine as probe molecules, infrared spectrophotometer. was ern-ployed to characterize the industrial catalyst Pd (Pt)/Al2O3 used for eliminating H2 from feed CO2 in urea synthesis. It is concluded that the factor which directly causes the deactivation of the catalyst comes from S2- and S22-,and the last factor resulting in the deactivation are S(Ⅵ)species; SO42- and Al2O3-SO3-H20 compounds.
