摘要: 7-氧杂双环[2.2.1]-庚-5-烯-2,3-二酰亚胺的N-烃基衍生物是一类有生物活性的化合物。刘纪云等[1]用相应的酸酐和各种胺类化合物在水或醇中反应合成了上述化合物,但收率较低。聚乙二醇(PEG)作为一种新的相转移催化剂在合成中广有应用[2]

Abstract: Eleven N-alkyl derivatives of 7-oxabicyclo [2.2.1]-hept-5-ene-2, 3-dicarboximide havebeen synthesized in yields of 71~96.7% using PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst.N-Al-kylation is a pseudo first order in respect to the concentration of dicarboximide.
