双(1-甲酰胺基-3-芳酰基硫脲)的合成及环化

BIS(1-CARBONYLAMINO-3-AROYLTHIOUREA):SYNTHESIS AND CYCLIZATION

摘要: 通过草二酰肼与芳酚异硫氰酸酯的加成反应制得一系列新的双(1-甲酰胺基-3-芳酰基硫脲)1。1在碱性溶液中可环化脱水为双(3-基-4-芳甲酰基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮)2。所有产物均经元素分析;部分化合物经红外光谱,1H NMR谱,质谱确定其结构。某些1类化合物具有较强的促进玉米胚芽生长的作用。

Abstract: A series of new bis(1-carbonylamino-3-aroylthiourea)1 were synthesized by condensationof aroylisothiocyanate with oxalylhydrazine in anhydrous acetonitrile.Some of bis(3-yl-4-aroyl-1, 2,4 -triazoline- 5-thione) 2 were obtamed in good yields (32.3~91.7%) by cycliztaionof compounds 1 in alkaline solution.The structures of all the synthesized compounds werecharacterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS.Preliminary plant physiological tests indicated that some of compounds 1 possess strongpromoting activity on the growth of plumule of corn at concentration of ppm.
