等离子体引发聚合制备梳形聚醚及其锂盐络合物的离子电导性

PREPARATION OF COMB-POLYETHER BY PLASMA-INITIATED POLYMERIZATION AND THE IONIC CONDUCTIVITY OF ITS LITHIUM SALT COMPLEXES

摘要: 等离子体引发聚合甲基丙烯酸甲氧基多缩乙二醇酯制备梳形聚醚的收率及组成不仅取决于等离子体功率、放电时间、后聚合温度和时间等条件,而且对溶剂种类和单体浓度有强烈的依赖性。所得聚合物的凝聚态结构与自由基引发聚合的产物基本相同,但聚合度更高且具微交联,从而导致其力学性能改善,并为添加增塑剂以提高其锂盐络合物的离子电导性创造了条件。

Abstract: The yield and the composition of the comb-polyether prepared by plasma-initiated poly-merization methoxypolyglycol methactylates were found in dependence on the power of plasmagenerator, the discharge time, the temperature and the time of postpolymerization, the kindof solvent, and the monomer concentration.The structure of the comb-polyether is identicalwith that prepared by radicalinitiated polymerization, but the former has a greater molecularweight and is little crosslinked. The plasma initiated comb-polyether can be plasticized toincrease the ionic conductivity of its lithium salt complexes.
