摘要: 黄原胶是一种具有超高分子量的细菌胞外多糖,只溶于水中,作为增粘剂而得到广泛的应用。由于其侧链上含有可电离的三糖基团,表现出很强的聚电解质行为,因而给分子量及分子量分布的测定带来许多困难。

Abstract: In this paper,four fractions of xanthan gum with different molecular weight determined by SALS technique were prepared by ultrasonication. Taking these fractions as standards, the various average molecular weight of natural xanthan, Mn=1.41?106, Mw=3.08?106, Mv=2.80?10, Mz=6.65?106, were obtained by GPC in 0.80M NaCl aqueous solution. The molecular weight distribution index D and intrinsic viscosity of native xanthan were calculated as 2.18 and 2049.5mL/g respectively.
