聚酯直接缩聚反应的机理探讨

摘要: 聚酯的直接缩聚合成法是从合成聚羟基苯甲酸发展而来,已成功地用于合成聚芳酯,但有关反应机理的研究报导很少。我们亦对反应机理进行了探讨,实验方法是先配制定量的对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)-吡啶溶液,溶解后立即用移液管将溶液移至比色皿中,加入不同量的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),用可见-紫外光分光光度法跟踪反应,并用红外光谱法测定反应的中间产物,结果报导如下。

Abstract: The direct polycondensation for polyester synthesis was investigated by visible light and IR spectroscopy measurements. The results showed that pyridine not only acts as a solvent but also reacts with tosyl chloride to form an intermediate and that DMF catalyzes the formation of the intermediate. A mechanism is proposed.
