用于富氧的含浸液膜

摘要: 近年来,以选择性分离气体为目的的高分子膜的研究,取得了迅速的进展。所用膜的形态,除均质膜、不对称膜及复合膜之外,含浸液膜已引起了广泛的注意。已见的基本结构为:在聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等疏水性微多孔膜的细孔中含浸高沸点酯类、环丁矾等,同时在含浸液中溶解各种人工载氧体。Bend Research公司用聚枫、聚酞胺的多孔中空丝含浸液膜富氧,空气经一次透过,氧含量可提高到88%,二次透过后可达99%。梶山千里把液晶加到PVC及用于人工血液的载氧体之中,可一反通常提高透过系数,必将导致选择系数α值下降的一般趋势,使膜的透过系数Po2达到10-8数量级,ao/N= 3.4-4.0。因此,在高聚物中加入低分子,包括液晶、载氧体,增塑剂等是很有兴趣的工作。

Abstract: Supported liquid membranes (SLM) were prepared with poly (4 -methylpentene-1)(TPX) as support polymer and tributyl phosphate (TBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and dibutyl sebacate (DBS) as supported liquids. The performance of oxygen enrichment of these membranes has been compared. The permeabilities of the supported liquid membranes were higher in varying degrees than that of pure TPX, while their separation factors were lower. The separation factor αO/N of SLM containing DBS was higher than that of SLM with TBP and DBP. SEM photographs were recorded to elucidate the difference in the performance of the SLM obtained.
