摘要: 本文以二氯二氨基二苯甲烷 和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,合成了聚醚聚氨酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯的半-IPN和全-IPN。观察了组份比,交联剂用量和半-IPN和全-IPN的结构对力学性能的影响。用溶胀法测定了IPN的δpMc观察了Mc对IPN一些性能的影响。

Abstract: Semi-and fully-interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) based on polyurethane/MMA were prepared. The effects of component ratio, amount of cross-linking agent and the structure of the semi-and fully-IPN on mechanical properties were observed.The δp and Mc of the IPN were determined by means of swelling measurement.Experi-mental results indicated that Mc is an important factor influencing physical proper-ties of IPN system.
