摘要: 本文用单液滴法考察了Co(Ⅱ)浓度、pH、萃取剂浓度以及温度和介质对HDEHP萃取Co(Ⅱ)速率的影响。实验结果表明,萃取反应机理为两步界面连续反应。文中对应用动力学因素提高Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的分离效率也作了简要的讨论。

Abstract: The kinetics and mechanism of the extraction of Co(Ⅱ) from sulphate solution with HDEHP in kerosene were studied by means of single drop method at 25℃, The experi-mental results indicate that the extraction process is controlled by the following interface reactions:Co+++2HA(i)=CoA2(i)+2H+ CoA2(i)+2H2A2(o)=CoA2•2HA(o)+2HA(i)where (O) and (i) represent organic phase and interface respectively. The influences of sulphate, chloride and nitrate concentration on the extraction rate were also discussed.
