COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLAMIDE-SODIUM ACRYLATE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION

摘要: 本文采用K2S2O8-NH2CONH2引发共聚合,研究了控制丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸钠共聚物分子量和组成的方法及其规律。通过添加不同量的链转移剂,改变反应体系pH和反应温度,可以有效地控制共聚物的分子量和组成。得到了转化率98—100%,特性粘数2—28dl/g和羧钠基百分含量0—100%的易溶于水的共聚物。通过13C-NMR测定,证明该共聚物是符合二级马尔可夫过程的共聚物。

Abstract: Copolymerization of acrylamide and sodium acrylate initiated by K2S2O8-NH2CONH2 was studied. The molecular weight and composition of copolymers can be effectively con-trolled by addition of various amounts of chain-transfer agent and by changing the pH and temperature of reaction system up to 98-100% conversion. Water-soluble copolymers with intrinsic viscosity of 2-28dl/g and sodium acrylate content of 0-100 mol.% were obtained.The copolymers were found to be in agreement with that of second order Markov process by 13C-NMR determination.
