摘要: 本文系统地研究了铅-锑-砷-银的不同组成对合金的腐蚀失重、机械性能以及动电位极化曲线的影响,藉以筛选出一种比较适用的合金配方。电子探针分析表明,添加一定量的银,可使铅锑合金的晶界富锑相消失,这可能是它的耐蚀性能提高的原因。

Abstract: The influences of the contents of Sb,As and Ag in the Pb-alloy on its corrosive wei-ght loss, mechanical properties and cyclic voltammograms have been systematically inves-tigated and a proper alloy composition for anodic grid was obtained.Electron beam miero-probe analysis of alloy samples showed that incorporating certain amount of Ag in the Pb-Sb alloy leads to the disappearance of the intercrystalline antimony rich phase.This would be responsible for the improvement of the corrosion-resistance of the alloy.
