富稀土YAG的确定

摘要: 掺铵或掺钕和镥的钇铝石榴石至今仍是最好的激光晶体而被广泛地应用。钇铝石榴石的化学计量学至今未研究过。不时地怀疑在石榴石组成的邻近存在固溶体。这些问题具有重大的理论和实际意义。本文分析了用引上法生长的两种掺杂的13组YAG晶体。证明其组成与熔体组成、生长条件和炉内气氛无关,都是富稀土的。首次确定了这种晶体的化学式及其组成的变动范围。

Abstract: Two kinds of doped YAG crystals of thirteen groups being grown by Czochralski method have been analyzed. It has been proved that the compo-sition of the doped crystals is definitely rich-in rare earths and is indepen-dent of the composition of the melting matrix, the condition of crystalgrowth and the atmosphere of the furnace.In this paper we have firstly determined the formula of YAG crystal and the variance in its composition.
