聚酰胺1010的60Coγ-射线辐照后效应

POST-EFFECT OF POLYAMIDE 1010 IRRADIATED BY 60Co γ-RAYS

摘要: 用ESR测定了在室温下60COγ-射线辐照的聚酰胺1010和添加N,N'-双马来酰亚胺-4,4’-二苯基甲烷的聚酰胺1010的自由基,以及在升温和高温恒温过程中自由基的衰减。热处理引起俘陷自由基消亡,导致聚酰胺1010凝胶含量增加,起补充交联作用。

Abstract: The free radicals trapped in both polyamide (PA 1010(Ⅰ)) and polya-mide 1010 in presence of maleimides (PA 1010(Ⅱ)) under irradiation with 60Co γ-rays in vacuum and at room temperature were studied by ESR spe-ctroscopy.The decay of the ESR spectrum of the trapped radicals in PA1010(Ⅰ) and PA1010(Ⅱ) has been measured in the course of heat-treatment.Ithas been observed that the decay follows a second-order rate law and isclosely related to the postcrosslinking of irradiated PA 1010(Ⅰ) and PA1010(Ⅱ) under heat-treatment.
