α-蒎烯和间戊二烯共聚工艺

Copolymerization Technology of α-Pinene and 1,3-Pentadiene

摘要: 研究了共聚反应条件对α-蒎烯(α-P)和间戊二烯(PD)共聚产物的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:反应时间2 h,原料比例n(α-P)∶n(PD)=1∶2,反应温度15 ℃,溶剂甲苯,催化剂AlCl3用量为单体总质量1%,获得产物树脂的收率为72.3%,软化点为121.3 ℃,色度为4,相对分子质量为1549,相对分子质量分布为1.92。 其热稳定性和粘结相容性好。

Abstract: The technology to prepare copolymeric resins was described by use of α-pinene(α-P) and 1,3-pentadiene(PD) as monomers and Louis acid as the catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst concentration, ratio of α-pinene to 1,3-pentadiene on copolymerization was discussed. The optimized reaction condition is as follows: reaction temperature 15 ℃, reaction time 2 h, solvent toluene, m(catalyst)∶m(α-P and PD)=1%, n(α-P)∶n(PD)=1∶2. The product yield, softening point, Chroma, Mn, and relative molecular mass distribution(MWD) are 72.5%, 121.3 ℃, 4, 1549, and 1.92, respectively. The product has good thermal stability and adhesion compatibility.
