氧化镁载金钯双金属无溶剂催化氧化苯甲醇制备苯甲醛

Solvent-Free Oxidation of Benzyl Alcohol to Benzaldehyde Catalyzed by Magnesium Oxide Supported Bimetallic Gold-Palladium

摘要: 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为保护剂,经NaBH4还原制备金钯纳米双金属并负载到Na2SiO3改性的MgO载体MgO-X上,得到Au-Pd/MgO-X催化剂。 采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等技术手段对Au-Pd/MgO-X催化剂的组成、结构和载体碱强度进行了表征。 结果表明,该催化剂可在无溶剂条件下催化苯甲醇氧化,随着Au-Pd/MgO-X催化剂碱性增强,产物苯甲醛的选择性提高;在苯甲醇0.1 mol、催化剂Au-Pd/MgO-X 100 mg、O2 0.5 MPa、反应时间 3 h、反应温度 120 ℃的条件下,苯甲醇转化率为49.5%时,苯甲醛的选择性达94.7%。 催化剂重复使用5次,活性和选择性无明显变化,表明催化剂具有良好的活性及稳定性。

Abstract: Using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the protective agent, the nano-bimetallic gold-palladium was prepared by the NaBH4 reduction method and loaded on MgO-X modified by Na2SiO3 to synthesize the Au-Pd/MgO-X catalyst. The composition, structure and basic strength of the Au-Pd/MgO-X catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopry (TEM), etc. The results show that the catalyst catalyzes the oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde under solvent-free conditions. As the basicity of the Au-Pd/MgO-X catalyst increases, the selectivity of benzaldehyde increases. Under the conditions of 0.1 mol of benzyl alcohol, 100 mg of Au-Pd/MgO-X catalyst, 0.5 MPa of O2, reaction time of 3 h, and reaction temperature of 120 ℃, the conversion of benzyl alcohol is 49.5% and the selectivity of benzaldehyde is 94.7%. The catalyst is used repeatedly for 5 times, and there is no obvious change in activity and selectivity, indicating that the catalyst has good stability.
